It is recommended to do this meditation with fellow Lightworkers in physical groups. You can also do this meditation online.

Please note that this meditation needs to be done with as many Galactic Cintamani stones as possible. Before the activation, each person in your meditation group needs to carry a Galactic Cintamani stone. 1. Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness

2. Visualize a pillar of sky blue Light descending from the sky, going through everyone in your meditation group, and then to the center of the Earth. Visualize another pillar of sky blue Light rising from the center of the Earth, going up through everyone in your meditation group, and then upwards into the sky. Your group and yourselves are now sitting in two pillars of sky blue Light, the Light flowing both upwards and downwards simultaneously. Keep these pillars of Light active for a few minutes.
