And today I am going to show you a new Mudra that is called Mudra of Returning.
今天要展示给大家一个新的手印，叫回归之手印。
It is a very very strong Mudra. And it is very important for this year 2020.
这是一个非常非常强大的手印。这对2020年非常重要。
To understand this Mudra, we have to go back, back to the beginning actually, when we were aligned with our original evolutionary blueprint.
为了充分理解这个手印的涵义，我们需要回溯，回溯到最初，当我们与我们原本的进化蓝图校准的时候。
We knew that our divine purpose is to go forward and anchor a new reality into the physical and we were all excited to do this.
我们那时知道我们的神圣使命是在进入最稠密的物质层面，然后在那里锚定新的实相。我们那时也对这个使命感到兴奋。
Then unexpected happened, and that’s when time was created. And the endless expand of no time was chopped up into segments.

And at the same time that happened, we were thrusted onto a detour, a detour of duality.

That is a very long very convoluted detour. And we have been traveling on that detour of duality ever since then.

And at the moment when we switched from our original evolutionary blueprint over to the detour of duality. That’s when we forgot who we were and why we were here
也是当我们从原本的进化蓝图转入二元性的弯路时，我们忘记了我们原本是谁，以及我们为什么会在这里。
And then we travel on that detour many many many lifetimes.
然后我们就在弯路上度过了很多很多次转世。
What’s exciting about 2020 is that we are finally reaching the end of that detour

And this year we have the opportunity to step off the detour of duality and realign with our original revolutionary blueprint.
同时，今年我们也有机会离开这条二元性弯路，并与我们原本的进化蓝图重新校准。
And not only that, but then once we do that, we have the chance to move forward into totally new territory of new realms that we have never been before, and there to create a new world, a new true world
不仅仅如此，还有，一旦我们这么做了，我们就有机会前进到我们以前从来没有进入过的全新领域，并在那里建立一个全新的世界，一个新的真实的世界。
So, this is the mudra of returning.
这些就是回归之手印的意义。
First of all, we start using it when we are in the final days of duality, where we are now nearing the end when we have the opportunity to jump off that detour, and
首先，我们要在二元世界最后的日子里使用这个手印，我们现在就要接近终点，我们有机会可以跳离这个弯路。
And doing this mudra really help us to get back, to align us with our original true plan.

And then after that we move forward into the unknown. This mudra is very very important for that too.

So the first thing we do is that we align with our vastness, with our trueness, but we are true earth star beings.

We are star beings in physical human form. And here we are going to see the worlds within worlds, where you know how vast worlds within worlds are, think of how vast we are.

So you will see the worlds within worlds, they are here

Sitting in your vastness, we are going to bring our hands out to the side

We are going to curve our hands, with our thumbs sticking outwards. And each hand is aligned with an evolutionary spiral.

The spiral of oneness, the spiral of duality. And we are going to bring these two evolutionary spirals together

And then you are going to interlock your hands, they just fit together, really naturally. And I will show you this where of you, you do not do this yourselves, but just showing from on top what it looks like

See how they fit together, just beautifully. This is over, but not touching the worlds within worlds

And our hands are composed of stardust, stardust in the physical form.

And then we just slowly bring it down, not touching the worlds within worlds, but enough so it really feels the energy.

This mudra reminds me of one of those defibrillators, the things that you put on the heart, to bring the heart back to life.

And this is bringing back to life the original true plan, the original evolutionary blueprint within ourselves, within the planet earth, and within the worlds within worlds
这个手印也是把生命带回原本真实的计划，原本的计划蓝图，带回到我们自身之中，带回到地球之中，带回到多维度的世界之中。
So we are going to do it second time and remember that your hands are stardust
接下来我们重复一次这个动作。要记得你的双手是星尘。
And we are going to do it two more times, and these times we are going to feel the response of the worlds within worlds towards when we are doing it. It is getting come back up at us. Just like the heart test when we use that machine.
接下来我们要做两次这样的动作，在这两次中，我们在做的时候要感受到多维度对我们的回应。这股能量会对我们做出回应，就像我们使用除颤器给心脏做复苏有回应一样。
And that is how we restore everything back to the original true plan. If you want to heal the earth, this will do it. If you want to heal ourselves from the whole passage through the duality, this will do it. If you are ready to leave the detour of the duality, and want to realign with the original evolutionary blueprint, this will do it.
这就是我们如何把所有的一切带回原本的真正计划之中。如果你想要疗愈地球，这个手印可以做到。如果你想疗愈在整个二元世界旅途中的自己，这个手印可以做到。如果你准备好离开二元对立的弯路，想要回归我们原本的进化蓝图，这个手印也可以做到。
And then as the year progresses, once we get to this point, we will see that there are series of what are called the bridges of the four stars. And that take us really into the unknown.

And again this mudra will take us beyond these bridges.
