Remember again, again, and again, that as you grow into more and more intense acceptance of your “Mighty I AM Presence,” the outer problems which have seemed so terrifying will surely fade from appearance.

Thus not only is your problem solved, but every step gained in this way does not reappear. Instead, it becomes your Eternal Freedom. If it is financial freedom you crave, I plead with you to take the outer activity of your mind off the appearance and place it upon your “Mighty I AM Presence,” the only Giver of all the Mighty Opulence there is. Stand firm and determined in this, and you will have all the money you desire to use.

Life does not limit you! Opulence does not limit you! Love does not limit you! Therefore, why allow your human limiting concepts to bind you longer?

Beloved Children of the Light! Arise! in the Mighty Glory of your True Being. Go forth! a Mighty Conquering Presence. Be! “the Light of God that never fails.” Move! clothed in the Light of the Transcendent Glory of your God-Self—and Be Free!

The students must at all times understand that the Masters do not come to them of the students’ choice, but that they have been chosen to receive the Radiance, a privilege for which words are entirely in[1]adequate to convey the true meaning that can truly only be felt or visioned. Again they should understand that the Master’s province is not to assume their responsibility by solving their problems for them, but to convey intelligent understanding which they may apply in their own lives to solve their own problems. Thus they gain the needed strength, courage and confidence to continue to reach up step by step, gaining their own Conscious Mastery over the outer self and the outer world.

Always at certain points of growth (expansion), We hear students call out, many times with great sincerity: “Great Masters, help us to solve our problems.” For encouragement and strength, I wish to say that far more than one has any concept, is the Radiating Presence of the Master pouring out Strength, Courage, Confidence, and Light—which in most instances the students are quite unaware of in the outer sense consciousness. There is only one way in which anyone with wisdom can be of permanent help, and that is to consciously instruct his brother or sister in the simple laws by which one may wield the scepter, gain the victory, and attain to Full Dominion over the outer self and his world.

To do the thing that the student requires in solving his problems would not only retard his progress, but weaken him immensely. Only by asserting one’s conscious strength, winning victories—and thereby attaining confidence which comes in no other way— does the student enter into the fullness of his own powers. With the powerful, masterful use of the Consciousness of the “I AM Presence,” the student goes forward with absolutely no uncertainty to his goal of Victory.

The reason We have not and do not say more to the student concerning the Assistance that We may be giving is to prevent his leaning upon an outside source. To say or do that which would cause the student to lean upon Us because he knows of our Presence would be the greatest mistake We could make; but the student need never fear, and he should know that every Assistance possible is always given, according to the point of attainment he has reached.
我们之所以没有、也不会对学生说更多有关我们给他们提供的帮助，是为了防止学生依赖外在资源。去说或做会导致学生因为知道我们的存在而依赖我们，这会成为我们犯下的最大错误；但是学生无须恐惧，他应该知道的是，根据他当前成长的状况，总会提供给他每一个可以被给予的帮助。
The “I AM Presence,” the Host of Ascended Masters, the Ascended Jesus Christ, are one and the same thing. Through the recognition and use of the “I AM Presence,” I tell you, you can positively bring forth any quality you wish into the outer conscious manifestation—if you will but do it.
“我是临在”，扬升大师存有和扬升大师的本质是一样的。通过认可并且使用“我是临在”，我来告诉你，你可以积极地把你任何想要的品质显化在外在的意识中 —— 如果你想要这么做的话。
The need of everyone is to keep reminding the outer consciousness that when one says: ” ‘I AM’ this or ‘I AM’ that,” he is setting God in Action, which is his Life individualized, the Life of the Universe, the Energy of the Universe, the Intelligence at the Heart of the Universe governing all. It is necessary, it is vital, to keep the outer reminded of this fact. With this consciousness, the joyous enthusiasm of the student should increase continuously. There should at no time be a pall in the joy of its use, because it is positively the road to Full Mastery.

The student must become firmly aware that he or she is the Conscious Controlling Power in his Life, in his world, and that he can fill it with any quality that is needed or that he may choose.
学生们必须坚定地意识到，他/她是自己生命、自己世界中有意识的控制力量，出于他的需要或者选择时，他可以让自己的生命和世界充满任何特定品质。
The students who have intermittent physical disturbance in the body should take the consciousness often: ” ‘I AM’ the perfectly controlled breath of my body,” and should, in connection with this, feel themselves, as often as they can, breathing in that rhythmic breath. This will bring about a certain balance of breathing which is immensely helpful in the control of the thought.
如果身体在物质层面经历时不时的扰乱，学生则应该经常保持这样的意识：“‘我是’自己身体的处于完美掌控之中的呼吸。”与此同时，也应该尽可能地去感受，自己处于有节奏地呼吸之中。这会带来一定程度的呼吸平衡，而呼吸的平衡对思想的控制非常有帮助。
Sincere students should whenever possible avoid listening to things that are disturbing, for in doing this they often let in unknowingly, elements they do not desire. Where they cannot with discretion avoid listening to things of this kind, they should use the following: ” ‘I AM’ the Presence on guard here and consume instantly everything that seeks to disturb.” Thus you will not only protect yourself, but help the other person as well. While the student should at no time fear anything, it certainly is necessary to keep up the conscious guard until he has attained sufficient Mastery to control his thought, feeling and receptivity.

The I AM Discourses, Volume 3
Every student should remember with definite certainty that in this Quickening Power of the “I AM Presence” within his Being, everything good or otherwise is stirred into action. If there is latent within the consciousness rebellion, resentment, or the inclination to judge, it means that all this will be stirred and brought to the surface to be consumed; and I tell you with no uncertainty, unless the student consciously consumes that which is brought forth to the surface, it will consume him. If one finds himself becoming irritated, he should seize the reins, and issuing the command through the “I AM Presence,” declare that this be governed harmoniously. Here let Me again remind the students that the greatest thing in their progress is Self-correction; and there is no person, place, condition or thing to blame for what they entertain but themselves. This is most imperative for their future progress. …

A very powerful thing to use in problems is to take the simple consciousness: “God in me, the ‘I AM Presence,’ come forth! Govern and solve this situation harmoniously.” It would do wonders. The whole thing is to instantly draw forth the “I AM Presence” and set It to work.
解决问题时，一个非常有力的方法就是采取这样简单的意识状态：“我内在的神，‘我是临在’，请出现！和谐地管理并解决这些状况。”它就会创造奇迹。整个事情就是即刻让“我是临在”出现并让它去发挥作用。

Just as sure as you have a head on your shoulders, will you one day have to redeem all the energy you have contacted and used discordantly in the past. You will have to requalify it or ask the Violet Consuming Flame to pass through it, purify it, and raise it back into the Perfection it once was when you first received it. There must come the willingness in the outer self to not only serve the Great Cosmic Light and bring Light to the mass of mankind, but also to make restitution for past discord. That outpouring is necessary in your own individual Expansion of the Light! There must come the desire within you to make a balance for everything of discord which you have created, past or present.

“Beloved Mighty I AM Presence,” blaze up through me now, Your Mighty Violet Consuming Flame, the Purifying Power of Divine Love, in Its most Powerful, Dynamic Activity! Consume cause, effect, record, and memory forever, of all human concepts, desires, and feelings in my being and world, and every mistake for which my outer self is responsible! Replace it with the Ascended Masters’ Electronic Substance of Light, Love, Purity, and Perfection; and hold Your Dominion within me forever!
“敬爱伟大的我是临在”，让你那伟大的紫罗兰吞噬火焰，神圣之爱的净化力量，用其最伟大最强力的活动，现在完全燃烧着我！永久性地吞噬掉我的存在和我的世界中所有人类理念、欲望和感受的诱因、结果、记录和记忆，以及我外在自我要去负责的每一个错误！用扬升大师的圣光、爱、纯洁和完美的电子物质去替代它，并把你的统领权永远保持在我的存在之中！
I want so much to have each one of the Students keep before them the fact that they alone are the governor of their Life and its activity, and are commanded to choose what they wish to manifest in their Life—always remembering that they are not to stop and worry about this or that individualization. They are to fix their vision, which is God’s Inner Activity, on the Goal and hold it there with a firm, joyous determination to reach it. …

Knowing this, there is no one who should attempt to advise another. The God in each is the only one who knows what is best for each individual.
知晓这一点，任何人都不应该试图向其他人提建议。每个人内在的神是唯一知晓，什么是对每个个体来说最好的。
Those who are experiencing discordant activity should go where they can be absolutely quiet and uninterrupted; then to the best of their ability, enter into the Great Silence and, as they become quiet, say: “ ‘Mighty I AM Presence!’ I demand to know the right attitude and activity that I should take in adjusting and solving this problem!” If the Answer does not come at once, each day enter into the Silence again and continue to demand that the Divine Answer come forth. Also demand to be shown, through the Inner Vision, every detail which should be carried out. Then all of a sudden, possibly when most unexpected, will come forth into the outer consciousness the full unquestionable solution to the problem or situation.
那些体验着不和谐活动的人，应该去一个绝对安静而且不被打扰的地方，然后尽其所能，进入伟大的寂静之中，当安静下来，去说：“‘伟大的我是临在！’我要求知道在调整和解决这个问题时我应该采取的正确态度和行为！”若是答案没有即刻出现，那么每天都再次进入这伟大的寂静之中，继续要求神圣答案的出现。也要要求展示，通过内在的愿景，看到应该去执行的每一个细节。然后在突然之间，可能是在最出乎意料的时候，解决问题或状况的无可置疑的方案就会出现在外部意识中。
Running away: As one may not at any time run away from anything, this will make clear to him the complete situation, and reveal whether he is being held by the hypnotic influence or whether he is fulfilling a just obligation.
逃避：一个人在任何时候都不能逃避任何事情，这会让他看清楚整个状况，揭示出他是否被幻相所影响，或者还是在履行一项正义的职责。
If I were to unleash My Love for My Students and attempt to advise them, I might be interfering with opportunity of immense value to them. Because I might know a thing, does not permit Me to take away from the Student valuable opportunity. No one should feel distressed or lose hope because of outer conditions, when a few moments’ contemplation can but reveal the fact that there is only One Power, Energy, or Activity to use or that is being used — which is God! When one depends upon and demands of this Supreme “Presence” the right solution of any problem or situation, it will be solved or adjusted with the most wonderful Divine Activity. The Divine Solution will far transcend anything the outer mind could conceive of, even if it had the power of accomplishment within itself.
若是我要释放我对学生的爱，并给他们提供建议，我可能会干扰到对他们来说有巨大价值的机会。不能因为我可能知晓某件事情，就剥夺我学生宝贵的机会。任何人都不应该因为外部的状况感到苦恼或者失去希望，片刻的沉思只能揭示出这样一个事实：只有一种力量、能量和活动可以使用，或者正在被使用 —— 那就是神的能量！当一个人依赖并且要求这种至高无上的“临在”来给出问题或状况的正确解答时，它将通过最美妙的神圣活动来解决或调整。神圣的解决方案将远远超越外在心智构想的任何事情，即便其本身就拥有着达成的力量。
Knowing that the outer mind or consciousness is a mighty vehicle through which the tremendous Energy of God can be consciously directed, then we know that we have every moment, all about us, the most powerful Presence for Protection and Direction, and the Supreme Solver and Adjuster of every condition that opportunity brings before us. It would save so much distress to the individual if on the first intimation of any intruding discord he or she would leap, as it were, into the Heart of this Mighty “Presence” and say: “Seemingly the outer has made a mistake. I call on Thy Law of Forgiveness. See that this is adjusted quickly and completely. ”
知晓外在的心智或意识，是一个强大的载具，通过它，可以引导神的伟大能量，然后我们就知道，每时每刻，我们所有的人，都有着最强大的保护和引导的临在，机遇会把每一种状况的最高解决者和调整者带给我们。若是一个人感觉到某种不和谐要进来，他马上警觉地进入这伟大“临在”的核心，去说：“看起来是外在犯了个错误。我呼请原谅法则。确保这一切可以快速和完全地调整过来。”这么做会让个人免受很多痛苦。
Take a firm grip on the Inner “Presence” to govern every inharmony and to remove any wrong condition permanently. The highest and quickest action is always to make the Demand to the Great Inner “Presence.” God’s Energy always acts according to the consciousness we have of It. Opportunity is a very poor master; it is you who must always govern it. Use opportunity, but never let it use you.
牢牢地抓住内在的“临在”，让它来主宰每一个不和谐，永久性地移除所有错误的状况。最高等和最快速的行动总是要去对伟大内在的“临在”做出要求。根据我们对它的意识状态，决定了神之能量的运作效果。机遇是一位可悲的主人，必须由你来始终主宰它。去利用机遇，永远不要让它来利用你。
The Assistance of the Masters: The Great Ones may and do give Assistance at all times, whether the Students know it or not. One of the Greatest Activities of the Ascended Beings which They perform for the Students, is to give Courage, Strength, and Assurance, until such a time as they make a strong enough contact with their own Inner “Presence” to fully and clearly loose Its Mighty Wisdom and Activity into the outer self.
来自上师的帮助：不论学生们是否知晓，伟大的存有们都一直在给予着协助。扬升存有们为学生所做的最伟大的活动之一，就是给予他们勇气、力量和确信，直至他们与自己内在的“临在”建立起强大的连结，从而可以完全地、清晰地释放它伟大的智慧和活动，进入外在自我中。
The result of this Radiation is that the Students build permanent strength of character, and it saves them endless repetition and re-creation of imperfection. In the past, down through the centuries, the Call to the “Mighty I AM Presence” within the individual has been but intermittent. Now the work before each one is to make the contact with the God within and hold it.
这种照耀的结果就是，学生建立了恒久毅力的品格，并不再去对不完美进行重复和无休止地创造。在过去的几个世纪里，个人内在对“伟大我是临在”的呼请只是断断续续的。现在摆在每个人面前的工作就是与内在的神建立连结，并保持这样的状态。
The idea is not to ease up as soon as a problem is solved and think that no further effort is required — but to keep calling to this Mighty Inner “Presence,” and recognizing and accepting It going before to see that these foolish human problems are consumed at their first intimation. In this way the Divine Self keeps you free from the outer disturbing or binding conditions.
这个理念也不意味着在问题解决后就放松下来，认为不需要继续努力了 —— 而是应该持续地呼请这伟大内在的“临在”，去认识它，接受它的运作，这样你才能看到那些愚蠢的人类问题在出现苗头之前就被吞噬了。通过这种方式，神圣自我让你从外在干扰和束缚的状况中解脱出来。
Experience is but opportunity and is one of the most powerful friends the outer self has; for it gives the outer a chance to bring forth the Divine Character of Life, which knows no imperfection. Allow Me to say again: ” ‘Mighty I AM Presence!’ Reveal to me Your True Solution of this situation in which I seem to be concerned. Come forth in Your Wisdom and Strength and solve this in Divine Order without another moment’s delay. I recognize that You do not need time, place, nor space, but that Your All- powerful Activity is now! I accept this fact. “
